HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?
Our delivery process is very straightforward and unique. Every order will be delivered to the organization's address that has been submitted by the supervisor. For example, let’s say we are partnered with a public music department. Every purchase will be delivered to that address of the music department in which each customer can pick up their products. If there’s any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us through our website.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to every order being a custom design, there are no returns allowed on any items, except if flaws are found in the workmanship (as long as the hang tag has not been removed.)
In the event that you were not 100% satisfied with an item you purchase, you can contact us through our website and submit a product return/replace form in which we can continue the process. This applies to any product shipped with defects in craftsmanship or material. We reserve the right to deny refunds to the sender without prior return or approval. Please contact us through the website to approve a return. Only unworn items will be accepted for return/exchange within 30 days of when the item was delivered to you.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Here at Harmony Designs Online we accept payment through Credit or Debit card, Apple pay and checks. Copies of receipts can also be provided upon request. If invoices are needed, please contact us through our website.
